The Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic violations, most first offense Driving While Under the Influence, and all violations of the Municipal Code for the Village of Caledonia.
The Municipal Court Staff cannot advise citizens on individual legal rights.

The Village of Caledonia Prosecuting Attorney represents the Village during the pre-trial and trial, in Municipal Court. The Village Attorney’s Office will not discuss your ticket with you other than on your scheduled appearance to do so.
