DO NOT BRING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Lead Acid Batteries, Ammunition, Explosives, Fireworks, empty containers, Fire Extinguishers, Propane tanks or cylinders, Refrigerators or other appliances, Latex paint, Medical Wastes, Radioactive wastes, Smoke detectors, Tires and Electronics.
Agricultural, Institutional or Business Wastes can be collected by special arrangement. Please see the City of Racine website for more details.
*Medicine Collection Day for Households TBA- Bring: Prescription medications, Over the counter medications, Ointments, Sprays, Inhalers, Creams, Vials and Per Medications. No illegal drugs, No Bio- hazardous Materials, No Needles/Sharps, No Personal Care Products (shampoo, soaps, lotions, sunscreens, etc)
