Dog License

All dogs must be licensed by March 31st of each year or the license will be subject to a $25 per dog late fee. Owners must show proof of vaccination for each dog. You can obtain a license at the Village Hall, 6922 Nicholson Road, Monday- Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or by mail by completing and mailing the application form below to 6922 Nicholson Road, Caledonia, WI  53108.

Fee
> $15 each for spayed females or neutered male dogs

> $25 each for unaltered dogs

> No fee for Sight or Helping Dogs

License Application by Mail
> Complete one application for each dog.

> Enclose proof of vaccination for each dog (will be returned to you by mail along with your new dog license).

> Include self-addressed, stamped envelope with application(s).

> Make check payable to: Village of Caledonia.

> Must be postmarked March 31st or be subject to late fee of $25 per dog
